What You Will Bring To The Team

Contribute to all facets of the sustaining, maintenance, and support of Wizeline���������s technological solutions. You will work closely with Customer Success, QA, and Development to support a SaaS solution. You will become an expert in how the product operates and be the first point of contact for customer escalations into Engineering.

You will play an important role in a company’s business growth by helping maximize revenue and bringing to attention any issues regarding business mance and finances

Your Day-to-Day Activities

Financial Analysis and Reporting

  • Conduct analyses and reporting for corporate functions including, monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, variance analysis, pipeline analysis, and graphical summaries of business unit financial performance.
  • Support CFO in setting targets for the company and helping achieve the same.
  • Leading annual corporate planning, budgeting and forecasting process
  • Support the implementation of new financial reporting and roll out NetSuite planning system
  • Support CFO with Board presentations and other meeting material.

Financial Processes Improvement, reporting and Analyses, and Special Projects

  • Manage or perform periodical or ad hoc financial data analysis, queries, reconciliations and reports as needed from management
  • Support initiatives targeted at financial processes improvement and the implementation of changes to achieve efficiencies and the company���������s objectives in the areas of project billing, contract compliance and reporting, indirect cost recovery, financial reporting and analysis
  • Support M&A activity
  • Benchmarking corporate performance with competition

Additional Responsibilities May Be Assigned As Business Needs Evolve.

  • Focused analysis of different revenue and cost items to improve corporate performance

To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have

  • 8-15 years experience in finance or accounting roles out of which at least 3 years in leading planning and analysis function
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Powerpoint skills
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Ability to work independently as well to lead a team.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to a dynamic work environment

Other Nicave Qualities We Appreciate Are

  • Netsuite ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software experience
  • Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) software experience
  • US GAAP / IFRS Knowledge
