For a multinational company, leader in Real Estate, we are searching for a Financial Controller.
Role
The Financial Controller will help the Finance team to produce timely and accurate monthly
management accounts, ad hoc reporting and the production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. The role will also include assisting with other finance related activities.
- Mandates monthly / quarterly / annual reporting
- Accounting
- Liaising with third-party service providers – for example, tax advisors, accounting providers, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 2 years of experience in Advisory
- Experience in Real Estate
- Yardi knowledges is considered a plus
- Fluent English
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and skills, including IFRS
- Ability to work to tight reporting deadlines essential
- Attention to detail and organised
