Financial Controller | Hybrid | Media/Media| to £75,000 to £85,000+ Bonus + Benefits
A global, blue chip Media/Information Services group are looking for a new Financial Controller – M&A. This role will act as the key FBP across various teams including M&A, Investor Relations, Divisional Finance teams and Transformation leads.
The Financial Controller will report to the FD and will take on a key leadership role in the organisation. This individual will have regular interaction c-suite stakeholders and will also be tasked with defining and improving processes across the global remit. The role has an extremely ad-hoc nature with no two months being the same.
The business are very active in the M&A space, and this role will help support dispose and integrate businesses from and into the group respectively, from an accounting perspective.
Responsibilities:
- KPI Analysis/development
- Act as key FBP across a number of divisions
- Statutory reporting and controls
- Forecasting, Planning and Analysis
- Organisational restructures
About you:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA), ideally audit trained.
- Strong finance business partner/communicator with C-suite individuals
