Main Responsibilities

As a FinancialConsultant, the successful candidate will build lasting relationships withcustomers and understand their needs, identifying opportunities where customerswould benefit from finding out more about our financial products and servicesso that they can make an informed decision about their finances.

Working closely with the Financial Advisers in branch, you will be keeping intouch with existing financial advice customers to keep them up to date, as wellas outbound calling non-Financial Advice customers with a view to understand ifthey would benefit from an appointment with a Financial Adviser. You’ll also besharing your expertise with the rest of the branch team

Experience ofdeveloping relationships with customers and providing exceptional service Enjoys listening and asks appropriate questions to build great relationships Leads by example and shows pride in what they do Has experience of inspiring and motivating a team to driveperformance
