Financial Aid Representative – Student Center
Our client is a technology university in Boston with five schools focused on Engineering, Computing, Design, and Management. They ranked as one of the best engineering schools by US News & World Report.
As their team grows, they are seeking an applicant interested in joining their community as a Financial Aid Representative to advise students and parents on the financial aid application process and offer information about aid programs suitable for them.

Financial Aid Representative Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service and care to a caseload
- Counseling of students’ family members who are inquiring about their remaining bills
- Using the database to lookup information related to payment due dates
- Reviewing and assessing complete applications of students
Financial Aid Representative Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Remaining calm under pressure, especially when answering difficult inquiries
- Must be comfortable and trustworthy in handling confidential information
