Finance & Treasury Assistant

We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our rapidly growing global workforce in Limassol. The ideal candidate will be a process and data-driven individual with hands-on industry experience, background in Trading, Operations, and a detailed knowledge of financial products, including Margin, FX, Cash Equities, and Capital Markets. You will be working closely with the Finance Director and Financial Accountant to execute new business processes and develop best practices for operational procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable
• Daily bank and merchant reconciliations
• Assisting the financial account in month end preparation and reporting
• Assist the financial director in creating financial reports on a regular basis
• Attend finance department and company-wide meetings, sometimes assisting with financial reporting to managers and senior executives
• Assisting the treasury team to service client transactions
• Assisting in daily client money reconciliations
• Preparation of Intercompany analyses and bank wire transactions

Requirements:

• Masters or bachelor’s degree in Finance, or Accounting is preferred
• +1 years’ experience as finance assistant
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping
• Good organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Detail oriented
• Experience within on OTC brokerage preferred
• Must be a team player with experience in communicating with key stakeholders and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Progressive career as a group treasury analyst or a financial accountant
• Group Reporting Exposure whilst working with various licensed entities with respective regulatory bodies
• Further studies opportunities (long term and short-term courses)
