Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search seeks a mid-level or senior associate with four to nine years of experience to join our client’s dynamic Restructuring practice group in their New York City office.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- At least three years of restructuring experience, preferably with experience representing debtors
- Creditors’ and ad hoc committees and asset acquirers
- With a major law firm
Experience
- Restructuring support agreements
- DIPs and exit facilities.
- A strong education profile
- Transactional experience and an understanding of accounting and financial issues that affect restructuring transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- New York State Bar membership.
