As a member of the RISA Finance Digital Transformation team, you will act as an internal consultant to lead automation and process improvement initiatives across various teams within RISA Finance (Accounting, Financial Planning, Treasury, and ICS).
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
PROCESS
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Support business transition and drive change management (working closely with end users)
- Manage projects according to set requirements, milestones and deadlines
- Engage with key stakeholders (technical and non-technical) at every stage of an initiative
- Deliver presentations and project walkthroughs to a wide-ranging audience composed of various levels of seniority in the organization
TOOLS
- Identify most suitable technical solution for each use case
- Implement and coordinate implementation of solutions using selected tools
- Design to-be solutions, perform testing and coordinate go-live activities
- Ensure proper documentation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing products (i.e., Chatbot, Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards)
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Mandatory
- You hold a university degree in business, finance, computer science or similar
- You bring a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in an international environment
- You have experience with agile project management
- You are hands on with low-code automation tools (i.e., Power Apps, UiPath, Celonis or similar)
- You speak English and French fluently
- You have a strategic mindset, capable of presenting findings and recommendations
- You are a good team player
- You are curious, open minded and like to independently search for an innovative solutions
Desirable
- Experience in database management
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or any other programming language
- Understanding of the basic financial concepts (i.e., Purchase to Pay)
- Experience in using SAP (or any other ERP solution) or Anaplan
- Experience in developing BI solutions (using Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar)
