Income/funds received

• Process monthly income information into the SUN finance system from fundraising system (Raisers Edge) on a timely basis, with high accuracy
• Reconciliation of public fundraising income reported in SUN with all methods of processing receipts of these funds received on a monthly basis
• Represent finance in GiftAid claim process and related process improvement. Work with public fundraising team

Staff and Volunteer Expenses

Process accurate and timely payments of expenses to VSO staff and volunteers to include expenses and volunteer allowances

Data accuracy

Support the team in interrogating financial variances on a monthly basis, ensuring financial data is accurate and complete for internal reporting and analysis.

Ensuring coding corrections fixed at source to avoid repeat errors
