The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Collecting, Interpreting, and reviewing financial information
- Predicting future financial trends
- Reporting to management and stakeholders
- Producing financial reports
- Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
- Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
- Analyzing market trends and competitors
- Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants.
- Work cross-functionally with departments throughout the company.
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation
- Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out timely
Qualifications
Advanced degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field;
Several years of experience in a senior finance role (not less than 10 years of experience)
Superior mathematical skills; leadership skills; solid communication skills; deep understanding of business principles and practices; understanding of data privacy standards; research skills; analytical skills; integrity, honesty.
