Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong background in creating and maintaining financial statements, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets. The finance executive will be part of the new business expansion division of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including Profit and Loss statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights to aid decision-making.

• Collaborate with various departments to gather and verify financial information.

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

• Perform financial reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Generate ad-hoc financial reports as requested by management.

• Stay updated on industry trends, accounting principles, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in financial analysis, financial statement preparation, or related roles.

• Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o High level of integrity and ethics in handling financial data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification such as CFA, CMA, or CPA.

• Familiarity with financial modeling and data visualization tools.

• Experience with financial analysis in retail

• Knowledge of ERP systems or accounting software.
