CEVI is inviting highly motivated, emotionally motivated, and committed professionals to lead our Finance Department team in the Philippines to grow its operation.
PURPOSE
The Finance Director (FD) will oversee all financial and managerial accounting, planning and budgeting, treasury, financing and funding, tax, financial risk management and administration functions. The FD is responsible for providing strategic leadership for CEVI by working with the Executive Director and the Senior Management Team to establish strategies, long-range goals, plans, and policies, along with providing leadership and management of Finance staff.
Finance Director will cultivate an enabling culture of good stewardship, high performance, and productivity to deliver financial and social performance targets.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with a license in CPA or ACCA or ACA or CIMA
- Must have at least ten years of working experience in senior management in a combination of the following: micro-enterprise lending organization, banking institution, a progressive corporate environment, international business, agricultural economics/ development, or economic and business development institution
- Proven track record in financial management and stewardship, risk management, ethical commitment, and trustworthiness.
