工作职责:
- Responsible for monthly/yearly closing reporting
- Drive the analysis for whole PL, including Material, cost center, etc. Tracking and monitoring the spending for plant.
- Support the business planning for budget and also each forecast. Responsible for the data collecting, analysis and PL simulation.
- Drive the optimization of the process for reporting, template, presentation, etc.
- Act as project controlling to support project margin calculation with PRM.
- Support product ECR change with R&D
- Other relevant tasks assigned.
任职条件:
- 5+years in finance area, costing experience in manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge about accounting, finance or controlling process
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills to articulate controlling requirements beyond own field
