Salary: £57,300 per annum (pro-rata £34,800)

The Role
This is a newly created job share role which has come about due to the present incumbent wishing to reduce their hours to three days a week. This is a great opportunity to join Brooke as it starts its new strategic journey. This role is at the heart of working with our overseas offices and support our country programmes you will be instrumental in helping support the forecasting and budgeting process. You will provide finance business partnering to both the UK and the overseas programme teams. In addition you will work closely with the UK and overseas finance teams. You will be the focal point for the planning and management of the financial resources within Brookes International Country Programmes. There is the option to travel to our overseas offices should you wish to.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for a qualified accountant with extensive business partnering experience not necessarily within an INGO environment. You will need to be flexible, pragmatic and be able to think on your feet. Providing finance support to both finance staff and non-finance staff, you will need to have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to influence. Excellent IT skills and the ability to manipulate large amounts of data is essential.
