General Description of the Organization:

Ghiras Al-Nahda is a Nonprofit Non-governmental humanitarian organization working to empower people through fulfilling their basic needs and seeking to improve community stability and resilience.

Job Purpose:

Control and monitor cash flow, liquidity, and documentation

Duties & Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.

Budget Assistance:

  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and monitor budgets.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Cash Management:

  • Manage daily cash flow and maintain liquidity.
  • Assist in the preparation of cash forecasts.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Audit Support:

  • Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Provide necessary documentation and support for audit processes.
  • Implement audit recommendations as needed.

Compliance:

  • Stay informed about financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation of internal controls.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information.
  • Participate in finance-related meetings and discussions.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Diploma or Recent graduate bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration
  • Intermediate level of English and Turkish
  • Priority to Turkish citizenship holders
