Expert Leisure
Due to our ongoing expansion, we are looking for Field Sales Representatives across Ireland to cover and manage regional sales areas. Your role will involve advising customers and selling premium commercial gym equipment to fitness facilities across your dedicated region in Ireland.
Duties:
– Cold calling & lead generation to build your portfolio of customers and expand our customer base
– Plan, implement and achieve agreed quarterly sales targets
– Consultative Selling, advising clients on best options for their budget and requirements
– Ongoing account management for your network of clients to build strong client relationships
– Act as a brand ambassador for Expert Leisure and our associated equipment brands
Location:
You will be expected to travel across your region as part of this role and administrative work may be completed from home depending on your region. Our offices are based in Rathcoole, Dublin and you will be required to travel here for training and monthly sales meetings.
What you need to succeed:
While industry experience is a significant advantage, we are primarily looking for passionate, highly motivated, target oriented and resilient sales professionals.
– Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
– Strong administrative & IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft office
– Experience of CRM software would be an advantage
– A proven track record in achieving sales targets
– Ability to work autonomously and as a highly motivated team player
– A qualification in sales or business is desirable but not a requirement
– Full clean driving license and your own vehicle

– Guaranteed basic salary + OTE (€30 – 60k depending on experience)
