Provider Network Coordinator can provide a high level of service and attention to their patients.If you are a
Provider Network Coordinator and you meet the qualifications listed below, please click apply below for consideration Daily Responsibilities of a Provider Network Coordinator- The provider engagement administrators will work with provider offices to manage performance and drive performance improvement.
- Serve as primary contact for providers and act as a liaison between the providers and the health plan
- Triages provider issues as needed for resolution to internal partners
- Investigate, resolve and communicate provider claim issues and changes
- Educate providers regarding policies and procedures related to referrals and claims submission, web site usage, EDI solicitation and related topics
- Evaluates provider performance and develops strategic plan to improve performance
- Drives provider performance improvement in the following areas: Risk/P4Q, Health Benefit Ratio (HBR), HEDIS/quality, cost and utilization, etc.
- Present detailed HBR analysis and create reports for Joint Operating Committee meetings (JOC)
- Develop proficiency in tools and value based performance (VBP) and educate providers on use of tools and interpretation of data
Provider Network Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years of provider relations, provider claims, or provider contracting experience
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid
- Strong computer skills
- Active Driver’s License and insurance, personal car, and ability to pass DMV report
- Good tenure in past positions – 1-2+ years in prior roles
Location: Remote in Vermont *may be provider office visits involved
Hours for this Position: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Start Date: As soon as Possible
