As an Administrative Assistant your main responsibilities include:
- Admin Assistance to FICC Trading teams
- General Admin tasks, Corp Access team
- Complex diary management
- Arranging meetings with clients
- Organising Travel & Visa
- Processing expenses in Concur
- Processing compliance approvals
- Submitting Call reports and I-track
- Arranging conference call – internal /external
- Coordinating team events (non-deal and analyst roadshows)
- Maintaining client database, log touch points, set up clients for BofA research, register clients for BofA conferences
- Project Management
- Business Continuity Coordinator
Skills & Competencies we look for:
- Prior experience working in similar role (Administrative/Executive/Team/Personal Assistant)
- Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal)
- Prior experience of working with C-Suit clients and Conquer
- Investment Banking experience will be considered advantageous
- Sound knowledge with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
- Flexibility, proactivity, multi-tasking
- Good communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Takes ownership of her work
- Ability to be self-sufficient and proactive
