Role Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Paris

Here in our Paris office we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will have previous experience as Executive, Team or Personal Assistants in another multinational institution. Prior investment banking or sector exposure will be considered a benefit. Hard working approach, positive attitude and self-starting nature will be rewarded with increasing responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the team. As an Administrative Assistant your main responsibilities include:

  • Admin Assistance to FICC Trading teams
  • General Admin tasks, Corp Access team
  • Complex diary management
  • Arranging meetings with clients
  • Organising Travel & Visa
  • Processing expenses in Concur
  • Processing compliance approvals
  • Submitting Call reports and I-track
  • Arranging conference call – internal /external
  • Coordinating team events (non-deal and analyst roadshows)
  • Maintaining client database, log touch points, set up clients for BofA research, register clients for BofA conferences
  • Project Management
  • Business Continuity Coordinator

Skills & Competencies we look for:

  • Prior experience working in similar role (Administrative/Executive/Team/Personal Assistant)
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal)
  • Prior experience of working with C-Suit clients and Conquer
  • Investment Banking experience will be considered advantageous
  • Sound knowledge with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
  • Flexibility, proactivity, multi-tasking
  • Good communication skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Takes ownership of her work
  • Ability to be self-sufficient and proactive
