THE POSITION
A commercial, strategic and hands on CFO role, working closely with the CEO and management team to support the company’s continued high growth and ambitions.
Responsibilities Include
manage the finance and accounting areas
business partnering the CEO and leadership
budgeting, forecasting, analysis, businessplanning
support company growth and strategy across operations
further develop systems, controls, management information
support fund raising initiatives
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates should be qualified with financial leadership experience (CFO, Finance Director, Senior Executive Finance), FMCG and Ecommerce sector experience. International experience and fund raising experience also preferred. You should be ambitious, commercially minded and have strategic capability.
The salary banding advertised is a guideline, the remuneration offered will be commensurate upon experience.
