RIXO is currently looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer who can interpret our brand aesthetic into creative assets across both print and digital outputs. The successful applicant will be able to hit the ground running whilst maintaining high standards and consistency.
Digital
Key Responsibilities
Collating and updating UGC imagery each week to be used across marketing channels.
Website updates including but not limited to, banners, landing pages, homepage and graphic assets across the site.
Updating a creative pack to be reviewed each week.
Familiarity with Web & UX/UI best practices.
Working closely with the CRM Manager to create and develop weekly newsletter templates and designs.
Building emails in email marketing platform Dot Digital.
Assisting the Senior Graphic Designer to bring the brand vision to life through founders direction.
Assisting the Senior Graphic designer to refresh templates seasonally for BAU creative outputs.
Delivery of paid social media assets, and ad-hoc organic assets, including stills and video outputs across all social platforms.
Updating workflow boards (Asana) as required.
Creation of digital press look books.
Print
In-store messaging for key moments in seasonal calendar
Events and PR printed collateral
Ad-hoc customer-facing print including Christmas cards, VIP program materials
We’d Love Someone With
Similar Junior Graphic Designer role experience, preferably within fashion.
Fluent in Photoshop, InDesign, XD and Illustrator
Experience with motion graphics (After Effects/Premiere Pro)
Experience in Digital graphic design
Strong typography skills
A great on brand eye, strong visual communicator
Experience working in a fast-paced growing business (experience working directly with founders is a plus).
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to deliver briefs on time and to agreed specifications
