MAIN PURPOSE

This position is responsible for supporting Talent Development, Organizational Culture, Recruitment, Policies and Procedures Management, HRIS Data Management, Budgeting, HR Projects and routine HR operational and administrative jobs, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibility 1 Talent Development

  • Identify/collect learning and development needs in the organization and define precisely the need with business team leaders and senior HR manager
  • Propose to senior HR manager and the direction an annual learning and development plan for the organization, finding synergies in between departments, prioritizing training needs, accessing and optimising budget
  • Implement the learning and development plan by organizing existing training activities as well as designing new training activities; search for vendors, access proposals, establish new contracts, review and challenge training offer etc
  • Contribute to the development of culture through role modelling F&A division’s values and the behaviours which drive the culture

Key responsibility 2 Recruiting

  • Process all office recruitment request in an effective and efficient manner
  • Interview arrangement and handling overall recruitment process such as resume screening,1st interview, 2nd interview arrangement and remuneration offer communication with candidates for office positions and intern or short-term contract positions
  • Hiring related documentation collecting and filing such as candidate summary, salary proposal, hiring request, referral program and pre-employment screening
  • Follow-up post-hiring process & administration such as preparing employee agreement, personnel announcement, probationary review and orientation program for office positions

K ey responsibility 3 C&B and Budget simulation support

  • Estimate and revise staff cost quarterly upon business requirements under supervision of senior HR manager and check the discrepancy with previous version (LE). Provide other supplementary data on staff cost which are requested by Finance under supervision of senior HR manager.
  • BW system data handling for any variance between the budgeted and actual staff cost
  • Coordinate with payroll team to ensure a smooth and efficient payroll operations (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments)
  • Job ranking proposal for new joiners for office staffs
  • Support regular review for existing staffs’ Job ranking review process
  • Following up Long Service Award for office employees
  • Following up Flexible benefit card payment for office employees

Key responsibility 4 Record personnel information & HRIS Data Management

  • Check and file all employment document in accordance with policies
  • Process and verify pre-employment screening through service provider
  • Collect termination letter and input exit interview results in the system
  • Update on/off-boarding schedules and personnel or organizational changes in SAP
  • Update and maintain office organization charts in line with personnel changes
  • Register new vender account and create purchase order request in SAP
  • Answer questions regarding leave request and check staff purchase in HRSM
  • Monitor and Maintain supporting document for Annual leave /Special leave/Maternity leave/Childcare leave/Compensation leave

Key responsibility 5 Policies and procedures & HR Projects F/up

  • Maintain Policies and Procedures to be updated in line with Group guideline and local regulation under supervision of senior HR manager
  • Answer to employees questions regarding HR policy and procedures
  • Support HR projects in line with yearly HR plan under supervision of senior HR manager

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 7+ year experience in HR Field
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a talent development position
  • Must be fluent in English and Korean
  • SAP experience preferred
  • MS Office (especially excel) skills are required
