- 3+ years of experience in all areas of family law including divorce, custody, alimony, and child support
- Drafting motions, depositions, expert testimony, trial prep
- Well-rounded litigation experience
- Licensed to practice in British Columbia
- Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
