The candidate will divide marital assets, including real estate, when necessary during divorce proceedings. Will represent clients in court proceedings as needed. Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs analyzing the situation, then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action. Maintained client files to ensure they were properly organized and up to date. Prepare legal documents such as legal pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases. Work closely with the legal team to ensure swift action through the civil litigation process. Must have Active membership with the ABA (American Bar Association). Specializing in family-related matters, this firm focuses on providing the most effective representation and the highest levels of personal service. Highly experienced attorneys develop tailored strategies for each situation and guide clients all the way through. The firm is actively involved in community work.Additional Skills: The candidate should be a great negotiator and communicator, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high.
