Job Summary

Primary focus will be on the execution of detailing the Chair and Leadership candidate visits as direct by the Office of the Provost.

Experience And Education

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field or equivalent and a minimum of three years of provider recruitment preferred. AAPPR certification preferred.

Job Duties

  • Participates in recruitment activities such as internet searches and placement of initial introductory calls to potential candidates, makes follow-up calls to candidates to ascertain level of interest, secures CV/resume and disseminates to appropriate individuals for initial screening; logs CV/resume in database file; assists in marketing and advertising of faculty positions; develops ongoing protocol for contacting various physician residency and fellowship programs and arranges notices that specify current needs; facilitates job openings in the HCM system.
  • Consults with Departments on staffing needs.
  • Develops and executes appropriate sourcing plan.
  • Pre-screens and qualifies candidates.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of interview schedules.
  • Maintains appropriate documentation, recruiting metrics and confidentiallity.
  • Attends meetings with the Manager as necessary; participates in recruitment activities internally and externally.
  • Attends job fairs, posts positions on internal and external websites, and develops new recruiting sources.
  • Assists in projects as directed by the Manager.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
