Facility & EHS Coordinator

• Working with suppliers and contractors – supervise repair work performed by third-party
• Knowledge in occupational safety: participation in safety meetings, ensure maintenance safety and quality control protocols are met, working with the site safety supervisor etc.
• Managing and operating the safety training program: tools, structure, emergency, etc.
• Ensures all permits/licenses are maintained (fire permits, first aid equipment etc.)
• Monitoring and operating preventive maintenance actions (structure and machinery) and updating maintenance logs.
• Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities and process work assignments
• Basic technical understanding – operation of structural faults.
• Keeping track of supply and material inventories.
• Experience in writing procedures and basic administrative work.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work unconventional hours.

Previous experience in EHS

Bachelor’s degree – advantage

High level English

MS office

Driving license

• Service orientated, can-do attitude, ability to work under pressure and cope with multi-tasking and tasks prioritizing.
