Aufgaben

Responsibilities

  • Postage (Incoming & Outgoing) including internal distribution
  • Stock management of office supplies
  • IT Equipment orders with the approval of Managers
  • Food & Beverage (stock and orders)
  • Support Organization of Events (Internal and external)
  • Rental schedule and preparation of our creative K5 Lab
  • Touchpoint Facility services (cleaning company / Mr. Green / Issues to be fixed)
  • Parking space administration
  • Index, Overview & Maintenance of our Storage Space
  • Travel Organization (Itinerary/Bookings) upon request
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of our office & enforcing office policy in general
  • Keep our office plants alive 🙂

Qualifikation

The Must-Haves

  • You love to organize
  • You have a high attention to detail
  • Your Time Management is on point
  • Reliability is a personal trait you’re proud of
  • You like & apply open and direct communication
  • You are process-driven and like to improve them
  • You understand and speak German properly (Swiss German a big plus)

The Nice-to-Haves

  • Proven Experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
