We are currently looking for a Facilities Manager in Derby for VINCI Facilities. This role will take the lead managing a small team of engineers, working closely with the helpdesk and developing the compliance manager role.
Role Details
- The role will report to the Project Manager
- 40 hours per week between Mon to Fri 08.00 to 16.30 with flexibility in working hours to meet the role and business needs
- The account operates an out of hours service and provision of verbal support for your on-call engineer and Supervisor may be required from time to time as will acting as a point of escalation
- Based at the VINCI Derby Office
Applicants Will Requier The Following
- Professional Building Services Engineering Qualification or trade qualifications equivalent to a full term served apprenticeship and appropriate qualifications leading to the level of fully qualified tradesmen
- 5 years demonstrable management experience in a similar role
- SMSTS – 5-day course
- CSCS Managers Card Construction safety certification or,
- ECS Managers Card electrical certification scheme if electrical trade trained
- Solid understanding of general compliance requirements and its importance for delivery the of statutory and non-statutory PPM
A Few Other Desired Qualifications Include
- PTS (Personal Trackside safety)
- IOSH (3 day course)
- CAFM (Training can be provided)
