In your role within the Life Science Technology sub-capability, you will be joining a Practice dedicated to serving the industry with unmatched quality of service delivery across a wide range of topics.

Your Key Responsibilities
Facilitate discussions with main stakeholders at clients and authorities helping them define their needs and translate them into project deliverables and solutions
Assist in all stages of business transformations as well as in the development and implementation of technology solutions suited to Life Science client needs
Cooperate with local and international colleagues across different EY Practices (change management, supply chain, regulatory, finance, tax and IT)
Contribute to the development of EY by supporting client proposals, internal initiatives, and recruiting activities
To qualify for the role you must have:
A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record of achievement
Exposure to supply chain, technical operations and/or regulatory topics in Life Sciences; exposure to Project Management activities, particularly in Agile Engagements
Experience with process mapping or business process re-engineering, ideally in Life Sciences industry
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; strong work ethic, growth mindset, and drive for results
Full professional proficiency in English; good knowledge of German / French is a strong advantage, any other language is considered a plus
Willingness to travel within Switzerland
Ideally, you’ll also have:
An advanced degree (Master’s or above) in Business, Biology, Pharmacology, or related subjects
Relevant certifications: Regulatory Affairs, Project Management methodologies, Agile processes
Experience with large-scale technology transformation / implementation projects
An understanding of Business Information ecosystems, integrations and interfaces, specifically including laboratory operations, clinical testing management, and regulatory topics
