The opportunity
Our Consulting business offers a broad range of functional and cross-country services dedicated to providing high-value and trusted advice to clients, with a specific focus on business transformation programs in the Financial Services industry.
We are currently looking for a motivated Consultant (80-100%) with experience in non-financial and compliance risk management in the banking and/or insurance industries to further strengthen our practice within the Financial Services Consulting – Governance Risk and Controls (GRC) team in Geneva.
The team is part of a global network of risk management specialists working together with most of the largest financial services companies. We support our clients with solutions to identify, assess, steer and monitor non-financial and compliance risks on very diverse topics: Risk and Compliance Digital Transformation, operational risk management, resilience, third party management, AML, internal audit, and many others.
Your Key Responsibilities
A unique opportunity to explore a wide range of solutions to our clients’ issues and needs. This will enable you to quickly develop a wide breadth of skills and competencies, with many of these being focused around non-financial and compliance risk management, as well as internal control systems and internal audit.

Skills And Attributes For Success
To qualify for the role, you must have
1-3 years of prior experience in non-financial and/or compliance risk management in the financial services industry either in an execution or advisory role.
A degree in a business-related field such as business administration, economics, finance, or other related area
Fluency in English and French, German a plus
Ideally, you’ll also haveExperience or knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
Risk Management Framework and Controls
Operational Risk
Resilience
Compliance
Internal Audit
Strong interest in risk, technology, and digital transformation
Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Office
