People in Need
People in Need with its partners the Netherlands Helsinki Committee (NHC) and AFEW International (AFEW) is looking for an evaluator or team of evaluators to perform external evaluation of the “Eastern Partnership – COVID-19 Solidarity Programme” project, funded by the European Union.
As a member of the EU COVID-19 Solidarity Programme for Eastern Partnership, People in Need (PIN) joined the Netherlands Helsinki Committee (NHC) and AFEW International (AFEW) to propose a set of interventions in several countries to mitigate the adverse effects of COVID-19 and to contribute to longer-term socio-economic resilience of vulnerable groups in Eastern Europe.
The partners recognize the critical role local civil society organizations (CSOs) play in service delivery, community mobilization, awareness raising, policy engagement, and advocacy for the protection of human rights and civic freedoms during and after the pandemic. They supported key actors to help CSOs and other civic actors to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on vulnerable populations by empowering them with services and access to accurate information.
The maximum budget for the final project evaluation is €20,000 including taxes. The deadline of applications is 11 November 2022, 18:00 (GMT +4, Georgian Time).
