How you’ll make a difference

You will be accountable for efficient development and execution of business communications initiatives and campaigns. You will work with team members and cross-functional stakeholders in developing campaign briefs, supporting partnership activities and planning, and executing tactical activities that support the business and ensures high customer engagement. You will be responsible for interaction with and review of work product from assigned external vendors as needed.

What you’ll bring to the role

• BA in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field
• 4-8 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, brand management or related degree
• Developed understanding of how to represent organization messages and identity across a variety of communication channels
• Effective writing style that is consistent and customer friendly; creative approach to content development
• Stay up-to-date on latest customer behavior and industry trends
• Experience working with and managing agencies
• Success with executing multiple, complex projects serving different needs and constituencies at one time and successfully responding to changing priorities with tight deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively and combine ideas to best benefit the customer
• Strong ability to think creatively
• Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
