In the Philippines, World Vision Development Foundation provides assistance to the children, families and communities in 29 provinces and 36 cities.

Background of the project:

“Global Program to Develop Livelihood for Poverty Affected Population through a Multi-Sectoral Established and Monitored Waste Management System – PHINLA. Implemented in Philippines, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka.

The project is funded by The German Federal Ministry for Economic cooperation and development (BMZ – 4148) through World Vision Germany.

Guiding principles:

World Vision Development Foundation is seeking proposals from qualified audit firms to provide external audit services for our PHINLA Grant in the Philippines, Indonesia and Sri Lanka.

The purpose of this audit is to verify the correctness, completeness, and appropriate utilization of project funds and resources as per the donor standards.

Project Start and End Dates:

Project timeline: – September 1, 2019 – September 30, 2023 (04 Years)

Deliverable:

Project closing date and final report: – Project closing date will be 30th Sept 2023. Tentative date for the final Programme finance report will be available mid November 2023 (Approved by World Vision Germany)

Final Audit report should be submitted by Dec 2023 as per the guiding principle stated above.

Qualification profile of Audit Firms:

Interested audit firms with extensive experience in conducting external audits for projects and organizations in Philippines, Indonesia and Sri Lanka are invited. The proposals should include details of the firm’s qualifications, relevant experience, methodology, team composition, and cost structure.
