  • We are seeking expressions of interest from mid-career level GEDSI specialists to contribute to our existing programs and register interest for upcoming tender pursuits in Asia and the Pacific.
  • For these mid-career level GEDSI opportunities, remuneration packages range between AUD$90,000 – $120,000, commensurate with relevant skills and experience to a position.
  • We are seeking individuals with expertise and experience in enhancing voice and agency, economic empowerment, addressing and ending gender-based violence, women, peace and security, inclusion in humanitarian settings, and experience working intersectionally and transformatively across gender equality, disability and social inclusion.
  • We are seeking passionate and innovative specialists to provide thought leadership to Tetra Tech’s GEDSI Community of Practice.

The Skillsets

The ideal individuals will possess relevant tertiary qualifications and established experience operating in the development context in the Indo-Pacific region. You will be an excellent collaborator, who is able to work in multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural and cross-sectoral teams. We are seeking individuals with a strong GEDSI skillset and background within the international development sector, which they are able to apply through their contribution of technical inputs across Tetra Tech’s programs. You will demonstrate experience across the entire project lifecycle, including gender mainstreaming, contributing to client-ready deliverables and providing quality assurance support.
