Overview of position:

• HART is looking for suitable candidates with relevant experience for one of their project.

Role objectives:

• At least 6 years working experience in the areas such as Social Science, Public Science or Political Science.

Project reporting:

• This role reports to the Project Manager.

Key competencies:

• Master’s Degree in the areas such as Social Science, Public Science or Political Science, in the absence of a Master’s Degree a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 additional years work experience in the outlined areas is acceptable.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Experience in the field of training & learning
• Experience in M&E of at least 3 projects or programs using EU or OECD – DAC evaluation methodology.
• Experience of South Africa’s public sector is an advantage.

Team management:

• This role has no team management responsibility.
