Your Role and Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Creates best in class user experiences and helps provide strategic direction for all aspects of the user experience.
• Partners across teams and the Client to understand business objectives, user goals, customer targets, technical platforms and capabilities and translates that into a user experience strategy and framework.

Requirements

• Web planner experience in Web agency companies. (웹 기획 경험, e커머스 경험자 우대)
• Communication with designers and developers. (디자이너 및 개발자 커뮤니케이션)
• Wireframe development. (화면 기획서 작성 능력)
• Explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders
• Developing personas and usage scenarios
• Fit/gap analysis between client’s as-is process and best practice
• Designing to-be work process
• Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
• Conducting competitor and customer analysis
• 2+ years’ hands-on Web Service Design experience.
• Knowledge on ecommerce.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to work directly with clients on projects.
• English communication ability is preferable. (영어 가능자 우대)
