Summary
The Executive Secretary, Clinical Operations provides administrative support for the Cook Childrens Physician Network (CCPN) AVP/Chief Nursing Officer and/or Director, Clinical Operations as it relates to the administration and coordination of the CCPN staffing and locum tenens pools, employee orientation, licensure, performance review and patient satisfaction/complaints. This person also assists in the overall secretarial and clerical support of the Clinical Operations & Compliance department, performing various data collection and other administrative duties as deemed necessary by the AVP.
Education And Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Five years previous secretarial experience
- Typing 70 wpm, high degree of proficiency in use of computers (word processing, spreadsheets)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Adaptable and flexible, and able to work autonomously
