Key Responsibilities
- Implement the vision and goals of the Board of Directors
- Serve as chief operating officer, manage programs, communications, fundraising and facilities
- Serve as chief fundraiser; engage donors and meet annual fundraising goals
- Directly supervise the finance, garden, and office managers and a marketing specialist
- Provide oversight, direction and support for volunteer-led committees that support operations and report to the Executive Director
- Inspire, support, and develop our dedicated staff and volunteers
- Strengthen community relations
- Commit to inclusion, diversity, equity, accessibility, treating all with dignity and respect

Executive Director Will Bring:
- Steadfast commitment to the mission of Gamble Garden
- Relevant prior nonprofit operations management experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Verifiable experience in fundraising
- Creative leadership and donor relations skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage and work with diverse constituents
