Curo, a leading housing association based in Bath, is seeking a dependable individual to take on a 13-month FTC maternity cover as an Executive Assistant.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be providing effective executive support to some of our most senior leaders, as well as to our Board. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive diary management of the Executive Team, taking accountability for meeting planning, attendance, associated needs, and agendas.
  • Project management of senior leadership tasks, monitoring time scales.
  • Management of emails and correspondence, prioritising as necessary.
  • Scheduling and coordination
  • Organising travel and accommodation.

It will be a fast-paced environment, with lots of deadlines, but you’ll work as part of the wider governance team, where we all pitch in and help each other out as we need to.

More about you

The successful Executive Assistant will have a background in providing executive support at board or executive level. You’ll be friendly and approachable, with a ‘can do’ attitude. You’ll also be ruthlessly efficient and organised, and able to juggle lots of tasks. You’ll have great attention to detail and be an excellent communicator too. Ideally, you’ll have experience of writing high-quality minutes and following up on actions.

You’ll be primarily based at The Maltings, but we happy to talk about flexible working. The most important thing is that your work gets done, and the Executives you support have your help when they need it.
