Executive Assistant – Finance & Corporate Services Director

IRW is currently recruiting for the position of ‘Executive Assistant – Finance & Corporate Services’ to join its dynamic Finance Division. The Executive Assistant will help the FCS Director to ensure the organisational and division goal and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently. Maintain and refine internal processes that support the executive, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow. The postholder will manage communication, liaising between various stakeholders on various projects and tasks as well as plan and organize work to ensure the FCS Directors priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved and the best practices are upheld.

The Successful Candidate Must Have Or Be

• Significant previous experience of providing senior executive support
• Previous experience of coordinating meeting agendas, minute taking and related skills
• Previous experience of budget monitoring and finance-related administrative tasks
• Previous experience of project and process management
• Previous experience of analysis and research
