THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:

  • Assist on all organisational, administrative and logistical matters
  • Ensure efficient organisational set-up and follow-up of meetings and requests
  • Review and improve internal organisational processes to ensure higher efficiency
  • Organise agendas, managing meeting and invitation requests
  • Organise logistics and preparations for internal and external meetings
  • Organise travel and logistical arrangements for travels and events
  • Assist on all types of correspondence
  • Assist on protocol matters and event management when required
  • Ensure onsite support and manage logistical arrangements during travels when required
  • Assist on ad-hoc tasks and projects, including for FIFA tournaments and events, when needed

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

  • Experience in working as an Executive Assistant with close collaboration with senior executives / CEO
  • University degree or specific higher education
  • Used to a dynamic and international environment
  • Excellent track record in comparable role, ideally in the sports industry
  • Experience in protocol matters and management of high profile guests
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in any other language – in particular Spanish – is an asset
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility to travel when needed
  • Client oriented, efficient and effective
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Football knowledge and sensitivity for football
  • Positive person with flexibility to support at any level (administration, operation, concept development)
  • Autonomous, pro-active, efficient and punctual
  • Well organised with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communicator and with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to cope with pressure and with a significant workload
  • Diplomatic skills and good team player
  • Representative and ability to represent FIFA well
  • Political and multicultural sensitivity
  • Ability to stay calm and composed in challenging situations
