To strengthen our Support team at Schroders Capital in Zurich-Oerlikon, we are looking for an

Executive Assistant – Private Assets and Private Equity (100%)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated support to the CIO of Schroders Capital and the Head of Private Equity Investments Asia and team, as well as their respective teams, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the Client Group team members based in Switzerland, contributing to their success and efficiency.
  • Manage the executive’s calendar with precision, including scheduling appointments and prioritizing sensitive matters to optimize their time.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements, ensuring smooth logistics for business trips and engagements.
  • Contribute to special projects of the CIO and the Head of Global Private Equity, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate attendance, including securing speaker roles, at internal and external conferences, enhancing the company’s presence and thought leadership.
  • Facilitate timely and accurate information flow, ensuring effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Hold a commercial degree and/or higher education in Business Administration or equivalent, showcasing your strong educational background.
  • Bring at least 3+ years of working experience in an administrative/executive assistant role, demonstrating your expertise and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit a passion for working in a growing and demanding global business, showcasing your drive and enthusiasm.
  • Possess an excellent command of the English language, with additional languages being a plus, enabling effective communication in a multicultural setting.
  • Showcase outstanding organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Display flexibility, resilience, and a good sense of prioritization, thriving in a dynamic and challenging work environment.
  • Possess excellent MS Office knowledge, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel, allowing you to efficiently handle various administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality, ensuring sensitive information is handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
