Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer and the Accounting, Finance, Capital and Project Management Teams with various efforts.
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school and two years of related experience training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Notary and Paralegal Certificate preferred.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the SVP/CFO’s behalf.
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation with following policies and procedures by supporting goals and values.
- Manage the SVP/CFO’s calendar, schedule, planning, delegate tasks and prioritize the most sensitive matters.
- High level of interpersonal skills, an active listener and maintain confidentiality.
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.
- Engage with clients and guests on behalf of SVP/CFO.
- Field phone calls and emails from clients and others; respond professionally.
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary.
- Book travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
- Highly efficient communicator, written and oral.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Adobe, Drop Box and Social Media.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
- Perform accounting duties.
- Generate, review, edit and send proposals.
- Special projects as directed by SVP/CFO and the Accounting, Finance, Capital and Project Management Teams.
- Have product knowledge of the Resort.
- Action-oriented to execute with accuracy.
- Speed to think and act quickly.
- Exercises great judgment, prioritizes, makes good decisions and recommendations that account for the immediate need.
- Establish working relationship with all other operating Departments at the Resort.
- Flexibility in an ever changing environment.

The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
