As a Business Development Manager, your objective is to position GoBigname as the #1 go-to-player in Switzerland for naming and branding startups and small companies with ambitions to become the next big thing brand. Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, partners and communities are key aspects of your daily work.
This role requires you to be a connector that loves starting new dialogues, while keeping focus on the sales pipeline. You will fit perfectly in our team if you are a high-performing team player with a self-starter personality.
Requirements
What is expected from you:
Experience in business development or sales role at least 2 years
Fluency in Swiss German and English in writing and speaking
Experience in a network-intensive communication role
Ability to independently develop & drive the GoBigname pipeline
You will identify, analyse and develop new clients and manage to inspire new cooperation partners to work with GoBigname
You will create and negotiate offers for tailor-made branding solutions
You thrive in an ambiguous & fast-paced environment
You will appear confident at all levels, and work in a proactive and independent manner
After 3 Months You Will
Fully understand what value our services provides to whom
Lead conversations with existing and new customers
Deliver results based on agreed sales and business development goals
Continuously improve existing sales processes and find ways to optimise daily processes
After 6 Months You Will
Have built up a great pipeline and know your market by heart
Consistently generate net revenue on a monthly basis
