Events & Merchandising Trainee

Tasks and Job Duties:

• Support, planning and organization of sales meetings, product presentations in showrooms, dealer meetings & tradeshows
• Assist, coordination and support of events for all the SCOTT Sports Group brands
• Development, coordination, execution of in-store merchandising program
• Development and coordination of our global product promotion program for all the SCOTT Sports Group brands
• Report on current in-store situation and performance for merchandising tool for future development
• Support of our distributors and retailers to counsel them for product presentation & shops designs
• Implementation of retail marketing on the global market

We expect:

• Knowledge in Visual Merchandising, Event Management, Product Presentation and Display Development
• Conceptual, organizational and creative skills
• Good know-how of the sport market
• Strong communication, negotiation and interaction skills
• Willingness to travel
• Personal interest in sport, design and decoration
• English fluent
