Are you naturally curious with a vivid imagination and logical approach?

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our Innovation & Development team as an Innovations and Development Officer. Your focus will be delivering a portfolio of new and existing fundraising products across the directorate, helping the team to maximise all fundraising opportunities for the Society so we can reach our ambitious income targets.

You will be an integral part of a team responsible for facilitating progression and growth within the Society.

About you

We are looking for a creative, ambitious and innovative individual with demonstrable experience of working in fundraising products/events and/or individual giving, who has a proven track record of working on new fundraising products, from concept through to launch. Working across multiple projects you will need to be able to prioritise your workload and focus on the right task at hand to provide the biggest impact for the team and most importantly the lives of people affected by dementia.

You will be self-motivated, confident and have a keen eye for emerging trends and a solid knowledge of innovation tools & techniques. We are looking for a team player with a creative flair, a logical approach to decision making and the ability to influence at all levels.

The successful candidate will join a large supportive team so we are looking for a great communicator who can build and develop relationships within the team as well as with our amazing supporters and external suppliers.
