We’re seeking an Event Marketing Manager to support both EMEA and the USA. As part of the demand generation team, you will be responsible for managing the entire event lifecycle from planning, budgeting and execution to event lead followup and reporting. The salary starts at 2 300€ per month, depending on your seniority level, along with stock options and other benefits. Working in our offices in Slovakia or Czech republic or remotely, from home on a full-time basis (based in Slovakia/Czechia). Could you be the one?
What challenge awaits you?
You will be responsible for leading the event marketing strategy for customer, regional and partner events. This individual should have a successful track record of organizing attendance at various types of events and proving ROI through event marketing strategies and tactics. This role will report to the Global Event Manager and will work cross functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Regional Marketing, Partner Marketing, Operations, and Sales.
Your job will be to:
- Lead Bloomreach’s EMEA & USA regional, customer and partner events. Including but not limited to: identifying & organizing key events, maintain pre- and post-show communication, manage event inventory (collateral, giveaways, etc) and drive event attendance
- Partner with campaigns team members to integrate overarching quarterly campaigns into your event experience
- Work with the senior director of demand gen and marketing executives to develop event strategy and objectives; spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation, customer advocacy, and more.
- Travel frequently – up to 40 percent of your time will be spent traveling to various events
- Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using CRM, email marketing, project management, and similar systems
- Plan, review and monitor event budgets
- Foster relationships with key decisions makers, c-suite leadership, and account-holders while managing activities of cross functional teams working in multiple different time zones
What we expect of you:
- 3+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement
- Knowledge of direct and digital marketing
- Experience in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, and/or customer analytics.
- Brand marketing, startup, or e-commerce experience.
- Experience with Hubspot and/or similar marketing automation technology.

- Knowledge of marketing analytics and measurement.
- Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel
- Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with frequent interruptions and redefined priorities, Highly adaptable to rapidly evolving and changing environments
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
- Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team
- You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box
