Event and Course Management Internship (unpaid) – 3 Month

Your mission

You will support the Digital Career Program to empower newcomers to start a career in tech. You will work closely with the team on event and course management to create the best potential learning experience for our community. Your work includes the following areas:

• Support with Event Management: ReDI is a lot about events! Our events range from student onboarding to teacher training to the classes themselves. Help us to plan and facilitate the events. Most events take place in the evening. It might be on average one evening per week.
• Support our Courses: The needs of students and teachers differ per course. We run courses from intro level to advanced. You support specific courses more closely to enable them to have the best potential learning experience.
• Support with Communication: We have around 170 students and 70 teachers every semester. We engage with them and empower them on the way to their first job in tech. You can support our internal and external communication.
• Your Ideas! We are very open to your ideas and interests. Let’s see where you are most interested in and define further projects in this area. Examples could be UX / UI research, project management, salesforce, technical support and tools.

Your profile

• Interest in event management and education
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• English language at a proficient level
• Able to work independently
• Strong digital communication skills (Google Docs, Google Sheets, G Suite)
• Experience in social sector is a plus
• Technical skills / programming skills are a plus
