As the European Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and negotiating with prospective clients, ultimately leading to sales and sustainable growth of our client portfolio. The right candidate will be someone who is a self-starter and is eager to grow personally and professionally while thriving in a fluid and flexible environment designed for growth. You’ll be working closely with many roles within the company, reporting directly to the Director of Growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a sales program including identifying the right prospects, making contact with key decision-makers, and management of day-to-day contact
  • Complete management of the sales pipeline from beginning to end, building strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Create plans to define your selling strategies and tactics to meet and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to make sure that newly established clients are well taken care of
  • Assist in the drafting and negotiation of new business opportunities and contracts

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German and English. French would be a bonus, but not required
  • 2+ years of professional experience in sales (advertising or technology)
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated
  • High level of accountability and ownership
  • Ability to be flexible and think outside the box while negotiating
  • Prior agency experience is a plus but not required
