The role
Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for an EU Finance and Support Officer. This post will be part of the Oxfam International EU Advocacy Office which is based in Brussels, Belgium. The Oxfam EU team focuses on the EU institutions, primarily the European Commission, Council and Parliament, advocating for sustainable, inclusive, and accountable programming and policies. The team also acts as a service hub for the Oxfam Confederationsupporting country offices and partners to engage with the EU in Brussels and in countries (through EU Delegations), as well as coordinating efforts amongst European affiliates regarding European policies.

Who we’re looking for
The Finance and Support Officer will:
Guarantee the correct management of the EU office for all issues related to finance and contribute to other administration & support tasks within the office, taking into account OI policies and Belgian law. This includes, amongst others, the management of the day-to-day finance systems of the Brussels office, being the first point of contact for OI Finance Team, oversee and support the implementation of the IT in the office, and work with the EU Office Manager and the EU Project & Support Officer on other relevant administration, HR, and well-being tasks with the OI EU Advocacy office.
