What You’ll Be Doing
As an Estates Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers enjoy safe & well-kept outdoor spaces. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance of grassed areas
- Pruning, weed control & planting to enhance the overall appearance of areas
- Operating & maintaining grounds maintenance equipment
- Digging, clearing & litter picking
- Tree & shrub care to promote a healthy & safe environment

What We’re Looking For
- Experience of landscaping & estate maintenance work in communal areas & domestic gardens
- Ability to carry out daily checks, adjustments & basic maintenance on a variety of mechanised equipment such as lawn mowers, strimmers & hedge cutters
- Ability to adhere to instructions, procedures & deadlines
- Commitment to health & safety guidelines
